The Conference fee is 100 EUR (+ optional: additional fee for poster*). It includes admission to the Conference sessions, Conference Proceedings and the accompanying materials, welcome cocktail, conference dinner, and refreshments during the Conference.
The conference fee for the accompanying person is 50 EUR . It includes all items specified for the participants except the Conference Proceedings and the accompanying materials.
* Optional: Additional fee of 20 EUR is required if authors want to present their papers on poster, because the Organizers take responsibility for printing of all posters. Therefore, the authors are kindly asked to inform organizer about their way of presentation in the preliminary registration – until 15 April 2010.
Dead-line for Conference fee payment: 15 September 20 September 2010
After mentioned deadline, Conference fee will be:
120 EUR (+ optional additional 20 EUR for poster).
For those who will not attend the Conference, but want their accepted papers to be published, there is a possibility to pay the publishing fee of 40 EUR until 10 September 2010.
